Private Label Manufacturing for Brands That Want Full Ownership of Their Product
BlackForgeX builds private label programs for outdoor, technical and workwear brands from the ground up — your branding, your labels, your specifications, produced under one roof in Sialkot instead of coordinated across five different vendors.
Private Label Production Built to Launch and Scale a Brand, Not Just Fill an Order
Whether you're launching your first collection or moving an established brand's production to a more capable factory, private label manufacturing only works if the details are handled with the same care as the garment itself. That means your woven labels, hangtags and packaging need to match your brand as precisely as your stitching does. We treat labeling and branding as part of production, not an afterthought bolted on at the end.

Woven Labels
A woven label is often the first thing a customer touches when they check the size or care instructions on a garment — it's a small detail that signals whether a brand is established or still figuring itself out. We produce woven labels in a range of finishes, from clean damask weaves for everyday branding to satin-finish weaves for a softer, more premium hand-feel on lingerie, baby wear or formal pieces.

Custom Hangtags
A hangtag is the first impression a product makes before it's even worn. We produce hangtags in the paper stock, print finish and shape your brand needs — from simple kraft-card tags for a minimal, sustainable look to foil-stamped or embossed tags for a premium retail shelf presence.

Heat Transfer Labels
For brands that want the clean look of a printed label without the texture or cost of a woven one, heat transfer labels bond directly to the fabric for a smooth, tag-free finish — a common choice for activewear and technical apparel where a stitched label could cause irritation against skin.

Printed Satin & Care Labels
Satin labels hold fine print detail exceptionally well, which makes them the standard choice for care and content labels that need to stay legible — fiber content, wash instructions, country of origin — without adding bulk to a garment's inside seam.

Your Collection Starts Here — Not on a Production Line
Most production problems are actually development problems that nobody caught early. That's why every private label program at BlackForgeX begins with a structured development stage: your concept, reference garments or sketches are turned into a complete technical specification before a single panel is cut.
Our development team works through fabric selection, trims, fit intent and construction detail with you — and if you don't have a tech pack yet, we build one as the first step, so both sides are working from the same documented standard.
- Tech pack development from sketches or reference garments
- Fabric and trim sourcing with swatch approvals
- Fit samples developed in 7–14 working days
- Label, hangtag and packaging design finalized before bulk
Cut, Sewn and Finished on One Production Floor
Once your sample is approved, production moves onto our own floor — cutting, sewing, labeling and finishing run as one continuous line, not as jobs subcontracted to whoever has capacity that week. That's what keeps unit 4,000 identical to unit 1.
Minimums start at 100 pieces per style, and bulk production typically runs 30–45 days after sample approval — with technical outerwear, workwear and knitwear programs all produced under the same roof, so a multi-product brand doesn't need multiple factories.
- MOQ from 100 pieces per style
- Bulk lead time 30–45 days after sample approval
- Jackets, pants, workwear, knits and activewear capability
- Your labels and branding applied during production, not after
Inspected During Production, Not Just Before Shipping
A final inspection at the end of a run can only tell you how many pieces failed — it can't prevent the failure. Our QC process runs in-line: stitching, measurements, label placement and print quality are checked at set intervals while production is moving, so problems are corrected at the station where they start.
Before packing, every order passes a final AQL-based inspection covering construction, sizing tolerance and branding accuracy — including your labels and hangtags, which are held to the same standard as the stitching. Inspection reports are available on request with every order.
- In-line checks at every production stage
- Final AQL-based inspection before packing
- Label placement and branding verified piece by piece
- Professional folding to your retail presentation spec
Packed Retail-Ready, Shipped Worldwide
Your product's packaging is part of your brand, not an afterthought at the loading dock. We produce custom boxes, tissue wrap, polybags and mailers alongside your garments — so a customer's unboxing experience matches the quality of what's inside.
Finished orders are folded, tagged and packed to your specification — retail-ready for shelves, prep-compliant for Amazon FBA, or bulk-packed for distribution — then shipped by sea, air or courier to 20+ countries with export documentation handled by our team.
- Custom boxes, tissue, polybags and mailers produced in-house
- Retail, ecommerce and FBA-compliant packing options
- Sea, air and courier shipping to 20+ countries
- Export documentation and logistics managed for you
A Manufacturing Partner for Brands at Every Stage
Startups and established brands need different things from a private label manufacturer — one needs guidance on MOQs and first-sample development, the other needs a factory that can scale without inconsistency creeping in. We work with both, without treating either as a lesser priority.
Inquire NowFull Private Label or White Label — Your Call
Some brands want every detail custom from the first pattern. Others want a proven blank built well, then branded as their own. Both are private label manufacturing, and both get the same production discipline from us — the only difference is how much of the process starts from your specifications versus ours.

Schedule a ConsultationFull-Service Private Label Manufacturing, Not Just Blank Goods With a Label Attached
Private label manufacturing done properly means your brand controls more than just a logo placement. At BlackForgeX, that includes fabric selection, construction specification, label and hangtag design, and packaging — all produced together so the finished product feels like one cohesive brand experience, not a blank garment with your name stitched on afterward.
From your first sample through to the shipped order, the same team manages quality assurance and timeline — so you're never coordinating separately with a garment factory, a label supplier and a packaging vendor for one product.
A Complete Private Label Facility Built to Compete With Bigger Brands
Brand loyalty and market stability come from consistency — the same fit, the same finish, the same label quality on unit 1 and unit 5,000. Our private label production capability is built around that consistency, giving smaller and emerging brands the same manufacturing discipline that larger, established labels rely on.
With comprehensive in-house production — cutting, sewing, labeling and packaging — you can scale your clothing line while controlling costs and protecting margin, instead of losing both to a fragmented supply chain.
Build a Private Label Line That Actually Looks Like Your Brand
We work with brand owners at every stage — from a first-time founder figuring out MOQs and lead times to an established label restructuring its supply chain. Whatever stage you're at, our job is to find a workable path to production, not just quote you a price and leave the rest to figure out yourself.
Private label apparel from BlackForgeX comes with hangtags, woven labels, satin care labels and heat transfer labels available in every size and finish — so your branding is consistent across the entire product, not just the main label.
Flexible Private Label Options for Brands at Any Volume
Not every brand needs the same private label setup. We offer a range of options suited to different order volumes and budgets — from smaller private label runs for emerging brands to large-scale programs for established labels — without compromising on construction quality at any tier.
This same capability extends across our product range, including hoodies, t-shirts and technical outerwear — so a brand can build its entire private label catalog through one manufacturing partner instead of splitting production across multiple factories.
Private Label Questions, Answered Directly
White label uses a proven, ready-made product design that you brand as your own. Private label starts from your own specifications — fabric, construction, fit — built from scratch for your brand. We offer both.
MOQs start at 100 pieces per style for most garments, and can vary by product and label type. Share your target garment and quantity and we'll confirm exact minimums for your specific program.
