Custom Screen Printing Built for Brands That Can't Afford a Bad Print Run
BlackForgeX prints for outdoor, tactical, workwear and private label apparel brands — where a print has to survive real use, not just look good on day one. Every order runs through Pantone-matched color, tested ink adhesion and inspected placement before it ships.
Six Printing Methods, Matched to What You're Actually Making
Not every print method belongs on every fabric. A soft cotton tee, a laminated waterproof shell, and a heavyweight fleece hoodie each need a different ink system, cure time and pressure setting to hold up long-term. Rather than defaulting to one process for every order, we match the method to your fabric, your durability requirement and your budget — and tell you honestly when a technique isn't the right fit for what you're building.

Plastisol Screen Printing
Our standard, most-requested print method. Plastisol sits on top of the fabric with strong opacity, which means bold colors and clean logos show up clearly even on black or navy garments. It's durable, consistent across large runs, and the default choice for corporate branding, workwear and everyday apparel.

Water-Based Screen Printing
Water-based ink soaks into the fibers instead of sitting on top, so the final print has almost no texture — you feel the fabric, not the ink. This is the method we recommend for performance tees and lightweight technical layers, where a soft hand-feel matters more than maximum opacity.

Puff Print
Foaming agents in the ink lift the print off the surface as it cures, creating a raised, tactile texture that catches the eye. Works best on heavier fabrics like hoodies, fleece and outerwear, where a flat print would get lost.

Discharge Print
Instead of adding a layer of ink, discharge printing removes the garment's original dye and replaces it with color — the result is a soft, slightly faded finish with zero texture, closer to how a vintage tee looks after years of washing. Works only on cotton and cotton-heavy blends.

Reflective & Safety Print
Micro-glass beads embedded directly into the ink reflect light back at its source, making this print method genuinely functional, not just decorative. Built for tactical gear, workwear and low-visibility outdoor apparel where safety compliance actually matters — tested for durability through repeated washing.

Foil Print
A metallic foil layer bonded to the garment under heat and pressure, used for sharp, reflective branding accents on premium or limited-run collections. A finishing touch, not a full-coverage print method.

A print that looks perfect on a screen can crack, fade or misalign once it hits real production volume. We built our process around catching those problems before they reach you — sample approval, ink testing on your actual fabric, and inspection checkpoints through the run, not just at the end.
Inquire NowOne Team Manages Your Order From Artwork to Shipment
You won't get passed between departments as your order moves through production. The same merchandising contact who reviews your artwork file is the one confirming your ship date — so nothing gets lost in translation between design, production and logistics.
Inquire NowWe Solve Placement Problems Most Manufacturers Turn Down
Sleeve wraps, inside-neck branding, oversized back panels, multi-location runs on a single garment — these are routine requests for outdoor, tactical and streetwear brands, and routine rejections from manufacturers set up only for basic front-chest logos. We plan placement around your construction sequence, not the other way around.
Inquire NowReach Us Directly — No Call Centers, No Ticket Queues
Every inquiry goes to a real person who can quote, answer technical questions about fabric compatibility, and move your sample into production without a multi-day back-and-forth.

Schedule a ConsultationScreen Printing Capability Built Around Technical and Outdoor Fabric
Most screen printers are set up for cotton. BlackForgeX prints directly onto cut panels of waterproof shells, softshells, fleece and heavyweight workwear fabric — materials that need different mesh counts, ink chemistry and curing temperatures than a basic t-shirt run.
Before any order enters bulk production, we test adhesion and flex on the actual fabric you're using, not a generic substitute. That single step is why prints from BlackForgeX hold their color and shape after repeated washing and outdoor wear, instead of cracking within a season.
A Screen Printing Partner for Brands With Non-Standard Requirements
If you've been told "that placement isn't possible" or "we can't print on that fabric," that's usually a limitation of the printer, not the process. Reflective safety marks on tactical jackets, branding across a hood seam, multi-panel color matching on a technical softshell — we work through the construction sequence with your team to find a workable answer.
Our six core methods — plastisol, water-based, puff, discharge, reflective and foil — cover the durability, texture and finish requirements of technical apparel, private label collections and workwear programs alike, so you're not locked into whichever single method a smaller shop happens to offer.
Consistent Print Quality From the First Unit to the Last
Color matching, registration accuracy and cure quality are checked at set intervals throughout a production run — not only inspected at the start and the end. That's the difference between a print that's "close enough" and one that's actually consistent across a 5,000-unit order.
If your program also needs private label finishing — woven labels, hangtags, folding and packaging — we can bundle printing with those services under a single production timeline, so you're not coordinating separate vendors for one shipment.
Screen Printing Questions, Answered Directly
MOQs vary by method and garment type — plastisol and water-based generally allow lower minimums than foil or reflective printing. Share your product and target quantity and we'll confirm exact minimums.

Yes — ink type, mesh count and cure settings are adjusted specifically for membranes, laminates and heavyweight blends that standard print shops aren't set up to handle.
Plastisol sits on top of the fabric with strong opacity and durability. Water-based ink soaks into the fibers for a softer feel, with slightly less opacity on dark garments.
Yes — chest, back, sleeve and hem prints can be planned and produced in a single coordinated run, with placement confirmed before production starts.
Yes, private label and OEM production is core to our business, including custom labels, hangtags and packaging alongside printing.
